About the role
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs within the Digital environment
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
- Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions requiring vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and inductive thinking
- Coordinate highly complex activities and provide guidance to others
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs, and initiatives
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
- Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Demonstrate understanding of Access Management concepts including access provisioning, de‑provisioning, certifications, and entitlement lifecycle management
- 5+ years experience supporting joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) processes with an emphasis on automation and policy‑driven outcomes
- Familiarity with role‑based and attribute‑based access control (RBAC/ABAC), segregation of duties, and least‑privilege principles
