About the role

  • Define the multi-year product vision and roadmap for the Lending Ecosystem & Integrations platform
  • Establish integration strategy leveraging APIs, event-driven architecture, and real-time data exchanges
  • Drive platform consistency across lines of business while enabling LOB-specific extensibility
  • Provide senior leadership across multiple product areas including onboarding integrations
  • Act as the primary product authority for the Lending Ecosystem & Integrations domain

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience
  • 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise platforms, integrations, or financial services technology
  • Proven leadership of large-scale, multi-system integration ecosystems
  • Deep understanding of commercial lending lifecycle
  • Strong executive communication and influence skills
  • Experience with Loan IQ and large-scale lending platforms integration and transformation programs
