About the role

  • Lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of highly complex, large‑scale Azure cloud solutions
  • Drive long‑term technical direction using vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking
  • Translate business objectives into Azure‑based engineering solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to engineering teams and senior leadership
  • Stay current on Azure advancements and proactively recommend innovations
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across engineering, security, infrastructure, and product organizations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
  • 5+ years of overall GCP and Azure engineering experience
  • 5+ years hands on experience with designing and operating enterprise-scale landing zones and subscription governance
  • 3+ years with GCP cloud foundation services (VPC networking, governance frameworks, monitoring, IAM security)
  • 3+ years of working with Cloud Operations teams to provide L3 support for complex GCP issues
  • 3+ years of Terraform experience
  • Strong experience with cloud platform architectures
  • Broad domain expertise across networking, compute, storage, security & compliance, identity and access management, encryption, and observability
  • Advanced knowledge of GitOps, policy‑as‑code, and enterprise configuration management patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with SRE practices
  • Strong understanding of GCP Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and Terraform
  • Practical experience with event-driven automation using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Event Grid
