About the role

  • Partner with the product manager to support end-to-end product delivery, ensuring alignment with agile principles, product strategy, and customer value.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities that move the product from ideation to market, helping teams stay focused on delivering committed outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product manager and owners to assess impacts of changes, develop change readiness plans, and validate sustainment of changes.
  • Support product sustainability and maturity, fostering trusted relationships across product roles, customers, and stakeholders while helping teams evolve toward high performance and autonomy.
  • Support intake and prioritization processes, establishing transparent and consistent methods for evaluating and onboarding new work into the product backlog.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with enterprise change governance and compliance standards, ensuring transparency to any change initiative to which this product is contributing.
  • Escalate and assist in resolving risks, impediments, and dependencies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Experience leading large planning efforts across multiple product teams.
  • Experience with Corporate Security organization at a large firm.
  • Knowledge of physical security operations, technologies, business processes and implementation.
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results driven environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with agile tools, such as Jira.
