About the role
- Leverage your Product Owner experience to lead the strategy, development, and implementation of highly complex and unique challenges
- Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for product teams
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative business solutions
- Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
- Product Owner expertise in agile processes to deliver technology change
- Firm grasp of risk and control concepts in a bank environment
- Ability to manage product discovery, process modeling, and process improvement activities
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
- A high level of comfort working with ambiguity or uncertainty
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Solid creative and strategic thinking skills
