About the role

  • Publish and distribute Wells Fargo Investment Institute guidance and commentary to meet tight deadlines
  • Perform testing and tagging to ensure content complies with Americans with Disabilities Act standards
  • Support product managers in Investment Products with web page design, web page updates, drafting communications, formatting PowerPoint presentation decks, and coordinating updates to expiring content
  • Manage content submitted by external strategic relationship partners through the qualified supervisor and compliance review process
  • Copy edit and proofread content for grammar, punctuation, Wells Fargo style, and clarity
  • Write social media posts as needed
  • Participate in project teams to develop more efficient processes, to improve quality, or to develop communication plans

Requirements

  • 6+ months of Graphic or Website Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 6+ months of Communications or Publications experience
  • Experience using content management or web publishing systems
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using artificial intelligence applications to gain efficiencies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite
