About the role
- Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and services
- Review and analyze complex major product lines and services
- Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
- Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
- Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics
- Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer
- Facilitate and lead discovery to refine features leveraging quantitative and qualitative analysis to deliver value and manage risk.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with several stakeholder units within the business and enterprise.
- Organize backlog and scrum team execution to deliver timely with high quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels
- Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
- Auto Lending product experience
- SAFe Agile operating experience
- Ability to utilize SQL language for data analysis
- Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results.
