About the role

  • Lead the design and development of intuitive, engaging, and accessible user interfaces for web applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into effective UX/UI solutions.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
  • Develop high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes using modern design tools and methodologies.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code (C# Blazor Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks).
  • Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in UX/UI design and development.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends in UX/UI and software development to continually improve our products.
  • Ensure consistency of design across platforms and adherence to brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design and software development.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong coding skills in .NET MVC core or C# Blazor Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as Radzen, SyncFusion, Telerik, or DevExpress.
  • Hands on experience in using RESTful Application Program Interfaces (API)
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital products with exceptional user experiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI design and development projects.
  • Experience with accessibility standards and responsive design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
