- Coach, develop and build a high performing team

Requirements
- 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Ability to build and inspire a team
- Experience and knowledge in coaching across customer segments
- Knowledge of banking industry laws and regulations
- Relevant military experience including working with military protocol or personnel benefits management
