About the role
- Originate mortgage loans within assigned bank branches
- Collaborate with branch leadership and mentor employees on mortgage products
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers regarding mortgage loans
- Review rates and terms for mortgage transactions
- Maintain client satisfaction with timely communication
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education
- SAFE registration must be completed at the time of employment
- Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below
- Ability to analyze mortgage loan products based on client's needs
