- Coach, develop and build a high performing team
- Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding customer and employee experience
- Identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers
- Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports
Requirements
- 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
- Ability to analyze performance, understand strengths and opportunities
- Experience in coaching across customer segments
- Knowledge of banking industry laws and regulations
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
- Relevant military experience is a plus
