About the role
- Serve as the Single Point of Coordination for the customer
- Lead simple to complex implementation projects and coordinate the setup of Treasury Management products and services
- Ensure that products are completed according to established timelines
- Identify, and provide effective training methods for our customers
- Collaborate and consult with peers and partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings while meeting customer’s needs
- Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities
- Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations on product best fit
- Coordinate appropriate meetings
- Communicate status to the customer and line partners
- Proactively identify and resolve problems/issues
Requirements
- 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of Treasury Management product knowledge & experience
- Previous experience working with customers
- Extensive experience asking questions and identifying complex financial needs in order to provide relevant options to customers
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers, peers and partners
- Previous leadership experience with the ability to make decisions
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work within an ever-changing environment
- Ability to exercise independent judgement, manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with others within the team
