About the role
- Lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for CRM tools within the Sales Engagement portfolio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to define product requirements and deliver innovative solutions
- Engage with sales professionals and business stakeholders to gather feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement
- Work closely with technology partners in engineering and architecture
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
- Monitor product performance metrics, conduct market research, and analyze competitive trends
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company objectives and sales engagement strategies
- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy and security regulations in all CRM tool implementations
- Connect with design & research to craft and execute on end-to-end user journeys
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on CRM tools or sales engagement platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience working with leading CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot)
- Background in SaaS product management and/or B2B sales technology
- Proven track record of driving user adoption and engagement in CRM environments
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling CRM products in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and engagement strategies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data, interpret key trends, and make informed product decisions
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and product management tools
