Drive the development and optimization of digital products with a focus on tablet and mobile
Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals
Identify opportunities to improve and automate business processes
Lead Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Author user stories and manage product backlogs
Analyze current workflows and identify areas for improvement
Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors
Requirements
5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent experience
Experience supporting products within the Financial Services industry, ideally with direct exposure to Branch Banking operations
Proven experience with tablet and mobile product development
Comfortable working with technical teams, focused on business value, user experience, and stakeholder outcomes
Proven ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
3+ years of experience working with Agile technology development, including experience with Agile tools like Confluence or Jira
