Serve as a senior executive leader within Shared Services Operations responsible for overseeing and transforming reconciliation processes across Global Operations.
Define a strategic roadmap that includes centralization of operational teams, transforming technology platforms, and driving efficiency through automation.
Collaborate with Finance to clarify roles and responsibilities for GL and transactional reconciliations.
Present executive summaries, whitepapers, and recommendations to senior leaders, board members, and regulators.
Recruit, coach, and develop senior talent to meet business objectives.
Requirements
8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
4+ years of management experience.
Significant experience leading large-scale, global operations teams.
Experience with global regulatory agencies, internal audit, and meeting regulatory requirements.
Strong exam, audit, and testing support experience.
Experience developing KRI reporting, analysis, and recommendations for senior leaders.
Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide reconciliation frameworks and tooling solutions.
Proven success in recruiting, inspiring, and developing diverse teams.
Ability to resolve issues, overcome obstacles, and achieve solutions that meet organizational needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive engagement and influence.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other master’s degree preferred.
