About the role
- Serve as a senior executive leader within Shared Services Operations responsible for overseeing and transforming reconciliation processes across Global Operations.
- Define a strategic roadmap that includes centralization of operational teams, transforming technology platforms, and driving efficiency through automation.
- Collaborate with Finance to clarify roles and responsibilities for GL and transactional reconciliations.
- Present executive summaries, whitepapers, and recommendations to senior leaders, board members, and regulators.
- Recruit, coach, and develop senior talent to meet business objectives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
- 4+ years of management experience.
- Significant experience leading large-scale, global operations teams.
- Experience with global regulatory agencies, internal audit, and meeting regulatory requirements.
- Strong exam, audit, and testing support experience.
- Experience developing KRI reporting, analysis, and recommendations for senior leaders.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide reconciliation frameworks and tooling solutions.
- Proven success in recruiting, inspiring, and developing diverse teams.
- Ability to resolve issues, overcome obstacles, and achieve solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive engagement and influence.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other master’s degree preferred.
