About the role
- Develop and manage program documents and presentations
- Manage branch readiness/elevate materials
- Activate program implementation through ongoing feedback phases
- Manage onboarding preparation and procedures, including Attestations, Background checks, marketing materials
- Supports risk and control oversight through monitoring and analysis
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with team and partners in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide support in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
- 3+ years of banking execution experience
- Effective decision making/critical thinking/problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to execute, manage multiple priorities and drive for results
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Experience developing presentations and data visualizations
- Experience leading enterprise-wide projects and driving change management initiatives
- Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations, trade associations, think tanks, or other third parties
- Experience engaging with senior executives (inclusive of C-Suite)
- Ability to handle highly confidential data on a regular basis
- Experience working with budgets, developing financial projections, and analyzing variances
