• Personally design and execute Wellist’s talent acquisition strategy, with a strong emphasis on building and strengthening the Operating Committee and management layer.
• Partner directly with the CEO and Operating Committee members on all critical senior and management-level hires—from role definition through final offer.
• Personally support or lead direct candidate sourcing for priority roles.
• Establish and maintain rigorous hiring standards focused on capability, values alignment, and long-term leadership potential.
• Build lightweight, scalable recruiting systems that support growth without unnecessary complexity.
• Design and operationalize a robust 90-day onboarding experience that drives rapid ramp-up, early validation of role fit, and strong retention.
• Partner closely with Operating Committee members and people managers to clarify role expectations, define success metrics, and strengthen feedback and coaching rhythms.
• Lead Wellist’s annual performance and development process, aligning with company priorities and accelerating leadership effectiveness.
• Operationalize a high-trust, high-performance culture grounded in competence, sincerity, and reliability.
• Oversee Wellist’s PEO partner, ensuring smooth administration of benefits and compliance with regulations.

Chief People Officer

• Own end-to-end scheduling for high-stakes internal and external meetings—persistently and creatively working through blockers to secure time with senior executives.
• Proactively manage complex calendars for the CEO and Commercial Advisors, ensuring priorities are protected and outcomes are clear.
• Anticipate conflicts and take initiative to resolve them before they become issues.
• Maintain absolute accuracy and completeness of all growth-related activity in our CRM—no gaps, no stale data.
• Ensure every meeting, decision, and next step is documented and actionable.
• Actively track follow-ups and deadlines, holding yourself and others accountable to execution.
• Own the operational execution of senior-level executive experiences, including in-person CHRO salons and working sessions, intimate dinners with HR and healthcare leaders, and virtual lunch-and-learns and roundtables.
• Conduct persistent, professional phone and email outreach to HR executive offices.
• Deliver timely reporting and operational updates to the CEO and Commercial Advisors.
• Serve as a trusted extension of senior leaders by preparing materials, proofreading communications, and ensuring executives are always well-prepared.

• Partner with domestic and international clients, brokers, and point solution providers.
• Lead discovery conversations to capture the full scope of each employer’s benefits portfolio, down to the micro-resource level.
• Catalog every benefit and micro-resource (e.g., cancer support programs, mental health services).
• Apply precise tagging frameworks to make resources easily accessible and highly relevant to employees.
• Write clear, compelling, and employee-friendly descriptions for benefits featured in Wellist’s directory.
• Secure final approvals from benefit partners and ensure accuracy and completeness prior to launch.
• Identify high value programs and resources.
• Develop and apply analytics solutions to evaluate client portfolios against Wellist’s usage benchmarks.
• Identify redundancies, overlaps, and gaps in client resources using a combination of data insights and manual review.
• Deliver strategies to consolidate undervalued resources and amplify high-value benefits, ensuring clients maximize ROI and employees’ needs are met.
