About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide operational support and solutions to client teams by analyzing and resolving complex issues
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services
- Develop breadth of knowledge across investment strategies and market operations
- Develop and implement operational solutions, policies, and procedures
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices
- Leverage regional expertise to deliver an operating model appropriate for client needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Working knowledge of investment management operations and custodian bank processes
- Solid understanding of capital markets operations, foreign exchange transactions
- Knowledge of local regulatory regimes and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and partner effectively across functions and regions
- Advanced degrees, language skills, and/or progress toward the CFA designation viewed favorably
- Experience using productivity, automation, or low-code tools (e.g., Copilot, Power Automate, Python, HighGear, Alteryx) is advantageous.
