Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience with demonstrated success as an investment analyst, preferably on the buy-side
- Generalist mindset and experience, with flexibility to cover multiple sectors; or a sector expert with openness to expanding
- Track record of making successful investment recommendations and generating alpha
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative and financial modeling skills
- Intellectual curiosity and comfort taking risks
- Self-awareness and self-confidence to be comfortable “being wrong”
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and experience in a collaborative, team-based, results-oriented environment
- Strong academic credentials, MBA and/or CFA/CAIA preferred.
