About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide architectural ownership for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Force.com applications
  • Collaborate with lead architects to ensure alignment with broader enterprise architecture
  • Act as a technical advisor to business partners and product teams
  • Establish architectural standards and best practices for development
  • Review designs to ensure consistency, maintainability, and platform health
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure architectural intent is met
  • Mentor engineers and administrators to raise maturity of Salesforce engineering
  • Ensure solutions meet enterprise controls and data protection standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Experience designing and delivering solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Force.com platform
  • Proven experience operating as a lead-level individual contributor
  • Background in financial services or investment management
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations (REST/SOAP), data modeling, and platform security
