About the role
- Provide architectural ownership for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Force.com applications
- Collaborate with lead architects to ensure alignment with broader enterprise architecture
- Act as a technical advisor to business partners and product teams
- Establish architectural standards and best practices for development
- Review designs to ensure consistency, maintainability, and platform health
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure architectural intent is met
- Mentor engineers and administrators to raise maturity of Salesforce engineering
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise controls and data protection standards
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering
- Experience designing and delivering solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Force.com platform
- Proven experience operating as a lead-level individual contributor
- Background in financial services or investment management
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
- Technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations (REST/SOAP), data modeling, and platform security
