Requirements

8+ years of experience in software engineering
substantial experience designing and delivering solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and the Force.com platform
proven experience operating as a lead-level individual contributor
background in financial services or investment management
strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities
ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
deep technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, data modeling, and platform security
familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and multi-system environments
