Key responsibilities & impact

provide architectural ownership for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Force.com–based applications
collaborate with lead architects to align Salesforce designs with enterprise architecture
act as a senior technical advisor working with business partners
guide solution design leveraging platform capabilities
establish and uphold architectural standards and best practices
review designs and enhancements for consistency and maintainability
partner with engineers and delivery teams to ensure architectural intent
mentor engineers and administrators

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in software engineering
substantial experience designing and delivering solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and the Force.com platform
proven experience operating as a lead-level individual contributor
background in financial services or investment management
strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities
ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
deep technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, data modeling, and platform security
familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and multi-system environments
