About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in examination, treatment, and monitoring of animals
- Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments
- Monitor vital signs and collect samples
- Prepare surgical suites and assist in procedures
- Educate clients on animal care and wellness plans
- Maintain accurate medical charting and manage hospital supplies
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid certification, registration, or licensing (CVT, RVT, or LVT)
- 1+ years of veterinary hospital experience
- Knowledge of veterinary medical procedures
- Ability to perform animal care tasks (feeding, grooming, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
