About the role

  • Lead the charge in defining business needs and requirements in close collaboration with product managers, embodying a deep understanding of our product landscape.
  • Translate complex business requirements into precise technical specifications, serving as the linchpin for our development teams.
  • Spearhead advanced data analysis efforts to unearth trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including detailed business processes, user stories, and system requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
  • Design and refine wireframes and user flow diagrams, showcasing solution architecture and user-centric design principles.
  • Foster collaboration with UX teams to align product designs with user expectations and business objectives.
  • Expertly navigate JIRA and Confluence for seamless project management and documentation.
  • Actively participate in Agile scrum meetings, contributing to the product development lifecycle with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Champion quality assurance processes by establishing clear acceptance criteria and facilitating thorough testing methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in a Technical Business Analyst role, preferably with experience in business systems and plan management in healthcare or financial sectors.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, proven through extensive experience with complex data analysis.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of leading and guiding cross-functional teams with confidence.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, capable of assuming the role of product owner in Agile projects.
  • Skilled in JIRA, Confluence, and equipped with a solid understanding of UML and wireframing tools.
  • A consultant's mindset, adaptable and eager to acquire new skills.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
