About the role
- Wellfit revolutionizes the dental industry by bridging financial gaps in healthcare.
- Lead technical setup, configuration, and optimization of our software in dental offices.
- Troubleshoot desktop environments, manage data entry, and ensure compatibility with existing systems (especially EagleSoft).
- Diagnose connectivity issues (wired/wireless) and interface with firewalls, routers, and networking setups.
- Guide dental offices through onboarding, from initial outreach to successful go-live.
- Configure software settings tailored to customer workflows.
- Deliver clear, engaging training sessions for staff — translating technical topics into everyday terms.
- Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement best practices.
- Create documentation, knowledge base articles, and SOPs.
- Build trust with office staff and stakeholders; ensure confidence and satisfaction with Wellfit solutions.
- Work closely with account management, sales, and technical teams; share insights to improve products, processes, and customer experiences.
- Technical skills: DHCP, static IPs, VLANs, port forwarding; Ubiquiti, Cisco, SonicWall; Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics; Jira; Splashtop, TeamViewer, RDP; Zoom, Microsoft Teams.
- Perform root cause analysis, interpret system logs, resolve escalations with a customer-first mindset.
- Streamline operations, reduce errors, implement SOPs; familiarity with Lean concepts.
Requirements
- Associate degree or relevant CompTIA certifications (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, onboarding, or help desk roles (healthcare/dental industry preferred).
- Experience with EagleSoft strongly desirable.
- Proven history of technical troubleshooting and customer service excellence.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
