About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a gatekeeper for design quality by reviewing implementation deliverables from development teams.
  • Create design artifacts that support the full product lifecycle.
  • Partner deeply with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Scrum teams to iterate on complex UX flows.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • One to two years of relevant work experience in a comparable UI/UX design role.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe CC.
  • Deep familiarity with WCAG 2.2 and modern accessibility guidelines.
  • Ability to justify design decisions based on UX principles and user research.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high-quality standards.
  • Ability to work in or be trained for ISO 13485, MDSAP, HITRUST, and SOC 2 Type II compliant environments.
  • BA/BS or MS degree program in UI/UX Design or equivalent experience.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing a sophisticated UX process and end-to-end work samples.
