About the role
- Develop and implement international franchise sales strategies to meet expansion goals
- Identify and qualify prospective franchisees, guiding them through the discovery and acquisition process
- Analyze global markets to identify high-potential regions, adapting strategies based on local consumer demand and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise candidates, brokers, and key stakeholders
- Serve as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring alignment with company values and standards in new markets
- Lead franchise agreement negotiations, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements
- Work closely with legal, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new international franchisees
- Monitor and report on international franchise sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends
Requirements
- 5+ years of franchise sales experience
- Strong understanding of franchise models, international business development, and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional ability to identify, engage, and close deals with franchise candidates
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to adapt to different cultural and business environments
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
