About the role

  • Develop and implement international franchise sales strategies to meet expansion goals
  • Identify and qualify prospective franchisees, guiding them through the discovery and acquisition process
  • Analyze global markets to identify high-potential regions, adapting strategies based on local consumer demand and regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise candidates, brokers, and key stakeholders
  • Serve as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring alignment with company values and standards in new markets
  • Lead franchise agreement negotiations, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements
  • Work closely with legal, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new international franchisees
  • Monitor and report on international franchise sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends

Requirements

  • 5+ years of franchise sales experience
  • Strong understanding of franchise models, international business development, and regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional ability to identify, engage, and close deals with franchise candidates
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to adapt to different cultural and business environments
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
