About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and manage a full-service Professional Beauty Direct to Salon Sales team
- Responsible to manage some National Accounts within Canada for the professional beauty business
- Drive profitable net sales growth across Direct-to-Salon and National Accounts
- Build and sustain long-term professional salon partnerships
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 years people manager experience
- Effective oral and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Copilot and Social Media
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or experience in B2B sales
- Professional beauty experiences an asset but not required
