Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and manage a full-service Professional Beauty Direct to Salon Sales team
  • Responsible to manage some National Accounts within Canada for the professional beauty business
  • Drive profitable net sales growth across Direct-to-Salon and National Accounts
  • Build and sustain long-term professional salon partnerships
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years people manager experience
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Copilot and Social Media
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or experience in B2B sales
  • Professional beauty experiences an asset but not required
