About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve assigned bi-annual and annual targets for consumption and gain new customer metrics.
- Complete annual Joint Business Plans with Key Customers.
- Plan & Execute BEST IN CLASS Distributor (BSG) Sales Meetings and Trainings.
- Communicate regularly with your Sales-Manager to provide updates and plan interventions.
- Actively prospect your market to identify and close competitive brand salons.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record delivering sales results (minimum 3 years) in a business-to-business account Management role
- Negotiation & Customer Portfolio Management competencies
- Interest in Beauty industry
- Strong skills on MS Office including Excel and PPT development
- Valid driving license & willing to travel/spend 75% of time in market.
- Ability to travel via air 1-2 times minimum per year for national sales meetings.
