Lead, develop and recruit a team of field Account Managers
Sell & support the full professional salon brand portfolio
Own headquarter joint business planning for 5 key DBE Accounts
Increase market share by prospecting and gaining new salon and school doors
Deliver business targets within a defined budget with existing customers
Maximize the market’s education capacity

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years’ experience in outside sales
3-5 years of sales team management
Bachelor’s Degree
Strong leadership, thinking and problem solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Digitally savvy
Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Word
PowerBI experience preferred
Strong data management/analytics skills – Power BI experience is a plus
Up to 50-60% overnight travel in field that can include weekends
Valid Driver’s License
Beauty Industry experience
