About the role

  • Support the development of innovative products for haircare portfolio
  • Work closely with the Global Marketing team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various departments
  • Assist in gathering, validating, and organizing product claims documentation
  • Maintain marketing databases and ensure proper documentation of assets
  • Monitor the competitive landscape (online & offline)

Requirements

  • Master in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Fluent in English (any other language is a plus)
  • Experience/ Interest in beauty and/or hair industry will be highly valued.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of AI will be highly valued
  • Digital savvy & social media driven
