About the role
- Develop, adapt, and execute regional education strategies
- Lead, mentor, and manage educators and freelancers
- Oversee planning and delivery of education programs
- Build relationships with salon partners and distributors
- Organize regional education events in collaboration with marketing
- Monitor KPIs related to education delivery and effectiveness
- Co-create content with influencers
- Handle influencer controversies with professionalism
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness and ability to travel at least 30% within the assigned territory
- Current, valid hairdressing license (mandatory)
- Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
