About the role

  • Support with content management for selected e-commerce customers
  • Maintenance and optimization of product detail pages
  • Creation and maintenance of brand shops
  • Assortment/portfolio management
  • Product listing & back office / data management
  • Preparation of content delivery as well as listing information/assets for selected brands and activations
  • Maintenance and further development of item/product lists (e.g., product master data, variants, EAN/GTIN, descriptions, claims, image and asset checks)
  • Master data maintenance and quality assurance (plausibility checks, duplicates, completeness) – including coordination with internal interfaces
  • Data consolidation from various sources (e.g., price lists, trackers, customer requirements) and transfer into well-structured Excel workfiles
  • Support for PIM/DAM processes (entering, updating, exporting data/assets; implementing requirement catalogs per customer/retailer)
  • Support in planning, implementing and tracking various online marketing activities – with data-based evaluation (e.g., reports, KPI tracking, simple dashboards)
  • Creation, maintenance and optimization of Excel trackers (e.g., listing status, assortment, promotion and content status), including clean versioning and documentation
  • Support in automating & standardizing recurring tasks (e.g., template logic, consistent data fields, checks)
  • Collaboration with agencies, briefing and internal process support

Requirements

  • You are a student and have a passion for marketing / online marketing / eCommerce and social media
  • You are interested in digitalization and eCommerce
  • You have an affinity for beauty and personal care trends
  • Your German and English skills, spoken and written, are very good — ideally at native level
  • You enjoy working with numbers and structure
  • You are confident using MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning) and PowerPoint
  • You bring numerical affinity and strong analytical thinking
  • You work carefully, appreciate clean data and enjoy keeping lists/trackers up to date
  • You are organized, reliable and work independently
  • You enjoy working in a team
  • A valid university enrollment for the entire period of employment is required
