About the role

  • Analyze and optimize existing HR processes, including digitalization and automation
  • Coordinate and implement HR projects
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
  • Support change processes within the HR area
  • Reporting and analysis tasks to ensure transparency and efficiency through KPIs and structured documentation
  • Coordinate and actively implement HR projects (e.g., OpenText, digital personnel file, harmonization of contracts and HR documents)
  • Develop communication plans and training materials

Requirements

  • At least a successfully completed commercial/vocational training; further qualification as an HR specialist desirable
  • Experience in project management (planning, control, implementation)
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in an international environment, ideally within a matrix structure
  • IT affinity and experience with HR systems (especially SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Understanding of digital tools, automation and AI applications
  • Business-fluent German and English
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong customer and service orientation, sense of responsibility, reliability and attention to detail
  • Strong business acumen, agility and pragmatic "hands-on" mentality
  • Strong communication skills and good written expression
  • Strong interpersonal skills, in particular initiative, teamwork and enthusiasm
