About the role
- Analyze and optimize existing HR processes, including digitalization and automation
- Coordinate and implement HR projects
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
- Support change processes within the HR area
- Reporting and analysis tasks to ensure transparency and efficiency through KPIs and structured documentation
- Coordinate and actively implement HR projects (e.g., OpenText, digital personnel file, harmonization of contracts and HR documents)
- Develop communication plans and training materials
Requirements
- At least a successfully completed commercial/vocational training; further qualification as an HR specialist desirable
- Experience in project management (planning, control, implementation)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in an international environment, ideally within a matrix structure
- IT affinity and experience with HR systems (especially SAP SuccessFactors)
- Understanding of digital tools, automation and AI applications
- Business-fluent German and English
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Strong customer and service orientation, sense of responsibility, reliability and attention to detail
- Strong business acumen, agility and pragmatic "hands-on" mentality
- Strong communication skills and good written expression
- Strong interpersonal skills, in particular initiative, teamwork and enthusiasm
