About the role

  • Month-end closing of intercompany scope for entities
  • Reconciliation of intercompany transactions and flows
  • Managerial reporting of intercompany flows
  • Stock in transit
  • Reconciliation of Intercompany accounts balances
  • Supporting internal and external audits
  • Cooperation with ICO Expert
  • Ensure existing policies and procedures are followed
  • Ensure legal requirements respect and service quality
  • Perform daily tasks and interact with people at all levels within & outside the organization
  • Collaborate with internal team for solving raised issues and ensure the right satisfaction level
  • Ensure the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) meet the requirements.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a matrix organization – ideally within a BPO, SSC, or GBS setting.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Cross-functional exposure to different finance areas like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Record to Report.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • A self-starter attitude – you're proactive, resourceful and always looking for ways to improve.
  • Sharp analytical skills and a strong attention to detail – you spot patterns and solve problems with confidence.
  • Solid experience with MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP – you know your way around the tools that keep things running smoothly.
