About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will further develop the existing Sales Cloud: data model, processes, automations — independently from requirements analysis through design to implementation.
- You will advance Lead-to-Cash processes: opportunity management, forecasting, and sales workflows.
- You will automate business processes using Flow Builder, Approval Processes, and AI features.
- You will be responsible for integrations with SAP, ServiceNow, and M365 — and continue to evolve them.
- You will develop Agentforce use cases in the sales context and bring them into production.
- You will define and establish best practices for configuration and data modeling.
- You will engage users and teams where skepticism about the platform remains — through solution quality and clear communication.
- You will run technical workshops and moderate requirements discussions with various stakeholders.
- You will ensure clear documentation so knowledge stays within the team.
- You will support presales with technical advice and effort estimations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce consultant with a focus on Sales Cloud — you have not only specified solutions but built them yourself (APEX, Lightning)
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform (data model, automation, integrations)
- Experience in process automation using Flow Builder and Approval Processes
- Experience with data-driven processes and AI/agent solutions (Agentforce)
- Proven experience with Agentforce or at least Einstein AI in a sales context
- Experience in stakeholder management and moderating technical workshops
- German business proficiency (C1), English fluent (B2)
