About the role

  • Responsible for software architecture based on Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
  • Evaluating and implementing new technologies and tools
  • Identifying and implementing AI-driven automations
  • Leading a team of 3–4 experienced developers
  • Structuring team collaboration using agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Managing interfaces and collaboration with external development partners.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in software development
  • At least 1–2 years in a leadership or coordinating role (e.g., Tech Lead, Lead Developer)
  • Proven practical understanding of modern software architectures
  • Object-oriented programming languages (ideally .NET/C#)
  • Good understanding of Angular and React
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and automations in the development process
  • Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B2).
