About the role

  • You design and take responsibility for the future software architecture
  • You evaluate and implement new technologies and develop a technology strategy
  • You lead a team of currently 3–4 experienced developers (technical leadership)
  • You manage external development partners and act as the central interface between development, product management and executive management

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in software development, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership or coordinating role (e.g., Tech Lead, Lead Developer)
  • Proven, hands-on understanding of modern software architectures
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, ideally .NET/C#
  • Experience with Angular and React
  • Practical experience with AI-assisted automation
  • Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)
