About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As part of the Weldom Training School and reporting to the Human Development area, you will help develop the skills of store and head office employees to support their performance, career progression and employability.
- Main responsibilities include:
- Collecting and analyzing training needs with managers and field teams.
- Co-designing and managing the skills development plan in line with HR strategy.
- Organizing and rolling out the annual training program (planning, coordinating providers, monitoring).
- Managing training administration and logistics (registrations, invitations, compliance, tracking in the TMS).
- Promoting the training offer across internal channels.
- Monitoring performance indicators and analyzing participant feedback.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, tools and learning solutions.
- Proposing ideas for training content and delivery methods.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are completing a Bachelor's- to Master's-level degree in Human Resources (equivalent to Bac+3 to Bac+5), e.g. Professional Bachelor's in HR, BUT GEA with HR specialization or Master's in HR.
- Initial experience in training or HR development (internship or work-study) is a plus.
- Rigorous, organized and autonomous, you know how to prioritize and carry out your tasks methodically.
- You are motivated by teamwork and appreciate collaboration, knowledge-sharing and collective dynamics.
- You are known for your interpersonal skills, service orientation and ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficient with office tools, particularly Google Workspace.
- Open-minded, curious and willing to seek feedback; you thrive in an environment that promotes autonomy while providing guidance and structure.
