About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in monitoring and optimizing the performance of product offers (merchandising, pricing, procurement)
- Produce operational dashboards
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support decision-making
- Monitor key performance indicators
- Analyze pricing policy and merchandising performance
- Contribute to fostering a performance-driven culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a Master's degree specialized in Management Control (equivalent to Bac+5)
- Prior internship or work-study experience in management control
- Knowledge of the retail sector
- Business- and performance-oriented
- Rigorous and methodical
- Good communicator and comfortable presenting orally
- Curious, committed, and autonomous
- Proficient with office tools (Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Excel)
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
