About the role

  • Reporting to the Development Department, contribute to the expansion of the Weldom network within a defined territory => South-West region of France (travel required)
  • Identify, qualify and secure new site opportunities
  • Support franchise stores in their expansion projects
  • Develop the regional growth strategy and ensure its implementation
  • Build and maintain the regional development plan
  • Identify site opportunities (new openings, conversions/affiliations, partnerships)
  • Analyze market potential and project feasibility
  • Negotiate the financial terms of projects
  • Present projects to prospects and partners
  • Contribute to the operational management of projects in accordance with the approved Business Plan
  • Develop and maintain a professional network
  • Identify key players across physical and digital networks
  • Establish and maintain an external network that sustainably supports the region and the company
  • Participate in local and national events

Requirements

  • Higher education in business, real estate, urban planning or equivalent, or proven experience in a similar role, notably in franchise network development or commercial real estate
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Recognized for authenticity and ability to build trusting relationships, both internally and with external partners
  • Demonstrated tenacity and discretion in carrying out responsibilities
  • Autonomous and curious
  • Strong skills in analysis, negotiation and project management
  • Prefer a collaborative working style
