About the role

  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention by providing a warm, personalized welcome.
  • Organize and implement loyalty initiatives put in place by the company and the store.
  • Ensure handling of after-sales returns and other customer services.
  • Ensure quick, reliable, and smooth checkout/payment processing.
  • Strictly apply hygiene and safety rules to protect yourself, your colleagues, and customers.
  • Provide versatility in managing store departments (merchandising and stocking).
  • From your first day, you will be supported to learn our tools and methods and quickly find your place within the team.

Requirements

  • You have previous experience in a similar role.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills that enable you to work easily in a team and assist customers throughout their purchasing journey.
  • Sales knowledge would be an asset.
