About the role
- Implement techniques to identify and address issues at stores and at headquarters
- Lead company projects, integrating the necessary organizations, methods and tools
- Share responsibility with digital teams for drafting project schedules and project budgets
- Analyze business requirements and contribute to the development of application roadmaps
- Co-develop business process documentation in collaboration with Application Managers and the Training department
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in a similar role
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects
- Ability to write clear, structured operational processes
- Strong listening skills to understand stakeholders' needs
- Curiosity, creativity and boldness in pursuing solutions
- Influential management skills (ability to lead by influence)
