About the role
- Supports data collection of key performance indicators
- Creates purchase orders as directed
- Assists in tracking supplier purchase orders
- Assists in tracking key supplier metrics including supplier on time delivery
- Assists in organizing regular supplier on-site visits
- Assists in obtaining quotes from suppliers for subcontract services, goods, and other purchases as directed
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams on procurement related projects
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent and at least one year of related experience and/or equivalent education & experience
- Professional phone etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
