About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own projects end to end alongside engineering, from problem definition through design, build, QA, and iteration. No hand-offs, no throwing designs over a wall.
Design systems, not just screens. Architecture, component reuse, and how individual features compose into a coherent product.
Collect and synthesize feedback from our debt advisors to inform priorities and validate what we've shipped.
Shape how AI surfaces for users. We're building AI-powered lender matching, deal analysis, and outbound intelligence, and the design of those experiences is wide open.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Product Design experience
5+ years of experience working cross functionally with software engineers
Deep experience taking features from problem statement to shipped product
Expertise in creating and maintaining and designing systems, libraries, and other tools
Experience creating complex prototypes using Figma, Framer, Claude, code, or other tools
Effective written communication. We're 90% async, clear writing matters.
