Three-year People Coordinator Rotational Program with induction training and multiple HR rotations
Participate in rotations including People Analytics, Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Technology/HRIS, Learning, Compensation, Benefits/Leave Management, and People Consulting
Receive dedicated program management support, access to People team senior leaders and mentorship, and ongoing learning opportunities
Build a supportive community of peers through cohort-strengthening activities such as social events, development workshops, and catered insight
Enable WelbeHealth team members by leaning into the diverse People function and gain skills to step into HR specialist roles
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred; professional experience may be substituted
One (1) to two (2) years of experience within Human Resources, People or Administrative functions highly preferred
Above all, propensity for learning agility – energetic self-starter who proactively takes initiative and has a genuine curiosity and propensity to learn
A sincere interest in pursuing or deepening a career in a people function related role
Ability to collaborate as part of a team and to articulate clearly and succinctly both orally and in writing
Highly motivated and action oriented with the demonstrated ability to effectively organize tasks, manage time, set priorities, and meet deadlines
Must be willing to work a varied schedule that may include evening nights, weekends, and overtime
