About the role
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (industrial, aerospace and defense, medical, and computer electronics)
- Leverage a deep understanding of Diemasters manufacturing capabilities to provide solutions tailored to the specific needs of our clients' projects.
- Conduct thorough research to identify new market opportunities and understand competitive landscapes, targeting regions and clients for growth.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, supporting the sales team with lead development and nurturing efforts.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers’ sourcing groups to win existing production parts and increase production volume.
Requirements
- A minimum of an associate degree, a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 5 -10 years of experience with metal stampings. Automotive is a plus.
- Strong networking skills.
- Knows how to locate and connect with decision makers.
- Strong sales skills.
- A proven “hunter”, who is comfortable in the role every day.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Organized, detail oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Extensive Travel (+50%) is Expected.
