About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Uphold total-store standards and evaluate execution of merchandising plans, new items, promotions, displays, and signage
  • Work with merchants and specialists to develop and coordinate regional sales plans and initiatives
  • Communicate goals and work processes with specialists and corporate merchants
  • Assist stores with POG and CGO maintenance as directed by Store and District leadership
  • Evaluate and report store in-stock conditions and training opportunities to the District Manager and Regional Vice President
  • Evaluate weekly sales initiatives and collaborate with District Managers and assigned stores to improve customer experience and reduce shrink
  • Enforce physical safety, security, sanitation, and food safety regulations
  • Support Store Management training, development, promotion, and long-term career development
  • Evaluate backroom inventory levels, safety issues, and store conditions to reduce out-of-code inventory and shrink
  • Support inventory processing, preparation, execution, and communication with the inventory service team
  • Ensure compliance with the dress code policy
  • Assist District Managers, HR Specialists, and Store Managers with developing Assistant Store Managers, Department Managers, trainees, and interns
  • Support Customer Experience Specialists with performance plans and execution
  • Assist districts outside the region on projects when needed
  • Assist District Managers with sales, profit, expenses, talent development, associate engagement, and community leadership
  • Promote associate engagement and develop internal talent for key roles
  • Drive financial results and execute programs, initiatives, and plans
  • Promote an inviting buying atmosphere for customers
  • Make strategic plans with District Managers and facilitate resolution of issues affecting store success

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience
  • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • Ability to maintain an onsite presence and travel throughout the assigned Pennsylvania territory
