About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support retail pharmacy locations in the Harrisburg, PA market area.
Lead onboarding and training of newly hired pharmacists on pharmacy systems and procedures.
Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations team and leadership to improve operational effectiveness.
Develop educational resources and provide training on new processes and technologies.
Monitor training outcomes and provide coaching and follow-up support to pharmacy associates.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, state and federal laws, and pharmacy standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or General Education degree (GED).
Three (3) years of pharmacy experience or related training.
Valid National Technician Certification required.
Driver’s license for travel required.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, policies, and procedure manuals.
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
