About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Regional Operations leadership to drive exceptional customer experience
- Lead, coach, and develop two Customer Experience Specialists
- Identify regional customer experience and front end opportunities
- Facilitate regional customer experience and front end training programs
- Develop and report on customer experience and front end efficiency contests
- Complete store visits to reinforce customer experience standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in retail operations
- Knowledge of total store operations with in-depth understanding of Front End operations and bookkeeping
- Preferred experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
