About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Regional Operations leadership to drive exceptional customer experience
  • Lead, coach, and develop two Customer Experience Specialists
  • Identify regional customer experience and front end opportunities
  • Facilitate regional customer experience and front end training programs
  • Develop and report on customer experience and front end efficiency contests
  • Complete store visits to reinforce customer experience standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in retail operations
  • Knowledge of total store operations with in-depth understanding of Front End operations and bookkeeping
  • Preferred experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
