Generate list of prospective conveyancing firms and manage the entire sales cycle from initial chat to close
You will run multiple open opportunities at any given time (both new and upsell). You will be targeted at closing 4-5 deals per month.
Develop rapport and ultimately close working relationships with conveyancing firms in your territory, keeping them up to date with new features and product releases
Conduct demonstrations and develop a solution that best meets the prospects needs
Utilise and update our CRM (Salesforce) to manage all sales activities
Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Redpin Payments and Currencies Direct in the market
Requirements
Previous experience of working in a field-based sales role, ideally selling a digital solution or SaaS product to predominantly analogue customers
Exceptional Spanish communicator, adept at engaging professionally with law firm owners and senior stakeholders. High level of English (C1)
Previous experience of mapping a territory and establishing the biggest revenue opportunities within that area.
Background understanding of conveyancing services or ancillary industries such as estate agencies, holiday rentals or hotel bookings.
Strong communication, organisation and presentation skills- with the ability to negotiate at all decision-making levels
